CBRE Property Management will manage Wars & Sawa and Junior
CB Richard Ellis Group, which recently announced the acquisition of CBRE Property Management, a company specializing in the management of shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, took over management of department stores in Warsaw Wars & Sawa and Junior from July 1st, 2011. The building is owned by fund, which is management by ING REM.

CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced the acquisition of Euro Mall Centre Management (CBRE Property Management), a company specialising in the management of shopping centres and malls across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), extending CBRE’s offering to clients and its leadership in the European retail sector.
Galleria Riga
From 1 April, 2011, Euro Mall Centre Management acquired the management of Galleria Riga – a shopping centre in the capital city of Latvia. The shopping centre was opened in October 2010. The total lettable area of Galleria Riga is more than 23 000 m², it is is a unique retail concept in prime central location of the city. The shopping centre offers more than 120 stores and a number of restaurants on the 7th floor. Roof terrace with 360° panorama views is a destination point in its own right.
Retail Park Hana Olomouc
Euro Mall Centre Management acquired the management of Retail Park Hana in Olomouc, Czech Republic. Retail Park was open in June 2006 and the total area is almost 19 000 sqm. It offers 17 large units and very convenient parking right in front of the stores with total capacity of 560 parking places. The anchor tenats include Electro World, Asko, Okay, Koberce Breno, Siko, JYSK and others.
OPENING OF AGORA BYTOM
The Agora Bytom Shopping Gallery was opened to public on 15th November 2010. Agora is a new modern shopping center right in the heart of Bytom offering more than 115 retail units. The total area of the shopping centre is 88,000 square metres and it offers many of the best recognized brand names, such as: Cinema City, Fantasy Park, RTV Euro AGD, H&M, C&A, Reserved, Lindex or Martes Sport. Agora Bytom combines retail with entertainment, culture and business. Almost 20% of its area occupy entertainment and culture zones. With the unique architectural design, it definitely stands out on a commercial map of Bytom. Euro Mall Centre Management acquired the management of Agora Bytom on 1.8.2010
SLOVANSKY DUM IN PRAGUE
Euro Mall Centre Management s.r.o acquired the management of Slovanský Dům in Prague on 1.7.2010. Slovanský Dům was opened in December 2000 and the shopping area is 22.500 sqm. It offers a modern administration and residential area. The shopping gallery offers 30 shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. The anchor tenants are Ambiente Restaurante Brasileiro, Mexx, KOGO Bar & Restaurante, Marionnaud Parfumeries, Geox, Blue Willis, Corial, Franck Provost, Flamant Home Interiors and others.
OAZA SHOPPING CENTRE, KLADNO
Euro Mall Centre Management s.r.o acquired the management of the OAZA Shopping Centre, KLADNO on 15.5.2010. The OAZA was opened in November 2008 and its shopping area is 16,661 square metres (together with a Billa supermarket). The shopping centre offers more than 60 shops and 640 parking spaces. The anchor tenants are: Billa supermarket, Sportisimo, CCC, Rossmann, Pompo, Mountfield and others.
THE NISA SHOPPING CENTRE, LIBEREC
Euro Mall Centre Management s.r.o acquired the management of the NISA shopping centre, Liberec on 1.10.2009. The NISA shopping centre was opened on 31.10.2008 and its shopping area is 49,700 square metres (together with an Albert hypermarket). This shopping centre offers more than 160 shops, coffee bars and a multiplex cinema.The anchor tenants are: Albert hypermarket, CineStar, Marks and Spencer, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Next, Datart, Hervis, Intersport and others.
RETAIL PARK, MOST
Retail Park is a new shopping zone in Most. It was opened to the public on 30th April 2009. In the 6,470 sq.m. area you can find trendy shops, including sports equipment / sportswear, electronic equipment, shoe shops etc. The anchor tenants are: Venator, DM Drogerie, Sportisimo, OK Elektro, Gimborn, Breno, CCC boty, Maxi Pompo.
OPENING OF LAUGARICIO SHOPPING CENTRE IN TRENČÍN
SC Laugaricio was opened to the public on 3rd April 2009. Euro Mall Centre Management s.r.o. acquired the management of this facility on the same date.
The rental area of the shopping centre is 26,000 square metres. It offers a complete range of service facilities - restaurants, coffee shops, a Terno supermarket and popular fashion outlets such as C&A, Marks and Spencer, Promod, Humanic. There are 800 open-air parking places available for customers.
Opening of RIGA PLAZA in Latvia
The RIGA PLAZA is a new fashion and entertainment centre, and is one of the three shopping centre heavyweights in Riga. The total area of the shopping centre is 90,000 square metres and the rentable area is 49,000 sq. m. Next to the centre is a carpark for 1,500 cars. Fantasy Park, Peek&Cloppenburg, Multikino and some 10 other tenants are new entrants in the Riga market. The PLAZA Shopping Centre offers 140 stores and a Prisma hypermarket and the Multikino cinema featuring eight screen-halls.
OPENING OF THE PLAZA, LIBEREC
The Plaza SC, Liberec opened to the public on 26th March 2009. Galerie Liberec Plaza is situated in an exceptional locality in the historic centre of the city of Liberec.
This shopping centre offers 120 fashion shops, cafes and restaurants, lookout terraces, services and a Billa supermarket. The leased area is 19,000 square metres and there are 470 parking places in the garages below the gallery. The anchor tenants are: Billa, Schlecker, Camaieu, Sephora.
Another original characteristic are the terraces and café on the roof of the gallery, providing visitors with panoramic views of Ještěd Mountain and the city of Liberec.
