Opened in October 2009 (and under CBRE Property Management management from the beginning), Sandecja consists of 101 stores offering a wide selection of brands and goods. Among its most important tenants are H&M, New Yorker, Deichmann, Douglas, Orsay and, of course, the central Carrefour hypermarket. With local services, restaurants and cafes at hand, this is a true oasis of shopping and relaxation for the entire families, with a children’s play corner at hand. Sandecja won the “Best Shopping Centre in Poland” 2010 award in the
small shopping centre category.
